All of the meals, from Friday dinner to Sunday lunch, are included with reservation. The Family and Individual options include a two-night stay at Mo-Ranch, and the Weekend Pass covers all of the meals, with no overnight accommodations.

Presbyterian Mo-Ranch Assembly is located at 2229 FM 1340, Hunt, Texas 78024-3037. San Antonio International Airport is the closest major airport to Hunt, TX at 1 hr, 31 min travel time. Please note: 

• Mo-Ranch does not provide transportation to their facility.

• Mo-Ranch is 90 miles one-way, an almost 2-hour drive from the nearest airport (SAT). Please allow 3 hours travel/check-in time for departures.  

• If you are in need of shuttle service to Mo-Ranch, call Kars for Hire in Kerrville at (830) 890-8200 at least 15 days in advance to arrange transportation from San Antonio International Airport. 

The lodging for the Sharing Faith Conference will be hotel rooms with two queen beds and a private bathroom. There is free parking and paved roads throughout Mo-Ranch. 

Check-in begins at 4:00 p.m. on Friday, June 18. Dinner is served from 5:30-6:30 p.m. in the dining hall. Programming will begin at 7:00 p.m. on Friday and end at 11:00 a.m. on Sunday.

All dietary restrictions should be communicated in the registration form. Any dietary needs will be communicated by the Sharing Faith team to the Mo-Ranch staff. 

Reservations for the Sharing Faith Conference are eligible for a refund before March 31, 2027. After March 31, 2027, reservations will not be eligible for a refund. 

In the main hall where the worship and workshops will be held, there is no elevator, so participants will have to use stairs to get between the two levels. Lodging facilities are separate from the meeting and dining spaces at the Sharing Faith Conference, so participants can expect some walking around the campus for the regular conference activities. Please mention in your reservation if you prefer a ground level room or a golf cart for getting around the campus. 

Conference activities will be held in indoor spaces, but participants will need to walk outdoors between the buildings.  

• What to wear: Casual, comfortable clothing, a sweater or jacket for cool mornings/evenings or air conditioned spaces, comfortable, closed-toe walking socks and shoes, hat for sunny days, rain jacket or poncho + umbrella, just in case

• Items to share: Socks and snacks! We are collecting donations of new, unused socks to benefit local charities. You are also invited to bring a favorite snack or treat to share. We’ll gather everyone’s goodies together for a big potluck snack table that we can enjoy throughout our time together. Sweet, salty, healthy, or indulgent—bring whatever you like and add it to the table!

• Everyday essentials: reusable water bottle and/or coffee tumbler, alarm clock, camera, Sunscreen & insect repellent

• For reflection & learning: Bible, notebook or journal

• For outdoor fun: Bathing suit, if you’d like to swim in the pool or river, Swim towel, River shoes, Binoculars
